Completely renovated and recently furnished ground floor corner unit with private entrance and outside patio located on popular Upham Beach. No need for a car as this condo is situated west of Gulf Boulevard approximately 200 steps from the white sugary sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquil turquoise waters using the provided beach chairs and towels. Feeling hungry? No need to run back to the condo when you can eat at the Paradise Grill located beachside for a variety of breakfast/lunch items along with drinks including beer. After a day in the sun why not jump in the refreshing pool for a quick dip. Inside, enjoy over 200 cable and music channels in HD on a 51 inch flat screen in living room and a 24 inch flat screen in bedroom. Secured WIFI access available and unlimited local/long distance calls to US/Canada/Puerto Rico included. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of of one's needs. Nightlife anyone? There are several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. Shark Tales, Crab Daddy's, Oyster Shucker's and Woody's are just a few serving up fresh Florida seafood and live entertainment. Try downtown historic Corey Avenue or artsy Gulfport for more delicious dining selections. It's only a short jaunt away by car or Suncoast Trolley which runs daily between St. Pete and Clearwater Beaches. Downtown Saint Petersburg along Central Avenue provides more entertainment and dining options, a mere 15 minutes away. Catch a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field only 15 minutes away. Orlando theme parks 1.5 hours away. Tampa International Airport is conveniently located 30 minutes from Gulf Winds. So much to see and do the list is endless! Response from the owner Thank you for the thorough review! We certainly appreciate all feedback from our guests and act accordingly on the information provided. Our goal is to keep things up to date and give the condo a “ homey “ feel for all of our guests. We plan on repainting the kitchen cabinets, adding additional dishes, plates and mugs and will address the closet issues. Unfortunately right before your arrival, the unit above had an A/C leak that affected our unit in the closet thus possibly contributing to the current condition. Hope you will return again sometime in the future for another stay! Thank you :-)

Response from the owner I’m sorry to hear that your stay was less than stellar and had we known of the issues beforehand some of it could have rectified immediately! As far as not having access information the night of check in,not sure why that happened. All of the information is available in the welcome pack section on the TripAdvisor site. I always contact my guests a few days prior to make certain they have all of the needed information. My phone number is available for all guests at all times during thier stay. Maintenance issues do arise from time to time and although inconvenient it’s hard to addressuntil I’m notified. I appreciate the valuable input and will work diligently to correct the items mentioned. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to earn your business again in the future.
