Description

This 5 bedroom with large bonus room, 2 bath home, located on the South Central side of town, has been completely remodeled with Ceramic Tile/Carpet Floors to hand textured Drywall and paint.

The Huge Living Room has a 60" Flat Screen TV with Netflix, DVD player and VCR. It has a Queen size pull out couch as well.

There is a King size bed with a Posture Pedic mattress in the Master Bedroom PLUS Pool access from the bedroom. It also features a LARGE walk in shower.

The Guest bathroom features a relaxing DEEP JACUZZI TUB with lots of Jets to sooth those weary bones.

2 Large Guest Bedrooms with Queen beds in them. Bonus room has a couch, Full size bed and a Bunk Bed with Full bottom and Twin top.

Plenty of seating at the dining room table that sits 8 plus 3 bar stools at the Island nook. Outside Dining at the glass top table by the pool.

Garage parking. Great lake views. Laundry Room w/washer and dryer. Wireless Internet and a Land-line for local calls.

There is a 25,000 gallon Private Pool in the Enclosed private back yard for your pleasure. Skinny Dippin? It's your pleasure!

There is a Fire pit for Marshmallow and Hot Dog roasting.

Grill Steaks or Burgers with a great Barbeque grill outside. You can Eat outside if you like on a glass table with an umbrella.

All this on over 3/4 of a Acre with the 2300 Sq Ft home (on one level) and you have a paradise waiting for you only a couple of miles from the London Bridge, the launch ramp and Lake Havasu.

What's more, the street known as Castaway ends at the Golf Course!!
