Description

A 2-bedroom waterfront cottage is just steps away from 200 feet of gradual lakefront. Two stand up paddle boards, a paddle boat, 2-person sea kayak, canoe and rowboat are available for use at no extra charge.

The cozy heated cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people - queen bed in bedroom, 2 twins in the loft and sleeper couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave and drip style coffeemaker Smart TV with roof antenna & DVD provided. Linens (sheets & towels) are not included. However, special requests for linens are possible, there is an additional charge of $50, payable upon arrival. The cottage is surrounded on two sides by a deck with a picnic table, deck chairs, gas grill and child/pet gates on the ends. Small, very well-behaved dogs considered - must be reliably friendly with people and other dogs and no excessive barking -please inquire with the owner. There is a $10 per night pet fee, payable upon arrival. No indoor smoking allowed. Boat ramp, mooring and dock for loading and unloading (not suitable for long term docking) are available. Use of mooring is at the guest’s own risk. Usability of boat ramp varies with lake height.

This quiet section of Lake Champlain offers excellent fishing, swimming, windsurfing and nearby backroads for bicycling. The cottage is conveniently located 35 miles north of Burlington and 70 miles south of Montreal. A second two-bedroom cottage is available adjacent to this one for rent at the same rate.

Rates for the cottage: May, June, September, October: $800week, 2 weeks $1500. July, August: $900/week, 2 weeks $1700. Partial week - four night minimum, $140 per night - no partial weeks permitted in July & August. 10% VT ROOM TAX. There is an additional Flipkey booking fee.

This is not an appropriate setting for loud parties, we like to maintain a quiet family atmosphere.

MAXIMUM OF SIX PEOPLE including day guests. Saturday to Saturday weekly rental. Check-in time 3 pm, check-out 11 am

Best sunsets on the lake. Bob was a great host. It was nice to have paddleboards and kayak . Cottage was clean and nice. Cant wait to go back next year.

How do damage deposits work?

If Robert and Rebecca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
