*Fully equipped kitchen; refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery
*Fully furnished; high quality linens; 2 bedrooms plus sleeping loft with double futon. (One bedroom with two twins and second bedroom with one queen)
*Full bathroom with tub+shower and private washer/dryer
*All utilities provided including TV with basic channels plus Internet/WiFi
*Use of shared outdoor hot tub with rental house on the adjacent property within usage guidelines listed in guest handbook. Guidelines must be adhered to in order to avoid additional cleaning fees.
*Nearby historic sites, gold panning, dog mushing, natural hot springs, arctic cultural events, river or ice fishing, ice sculptures, and lots more! Owner is a long-time resident and retired teacher with plenty of local knowledge.
