Located in the heart of town, and walking distance to everything, this spacious 3 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom townhouse has everything to offer. It features a 42" flatscreen TV with DVD player and Roku access (sorry no cable), high-speed Internet access, private washer/dryer, and cozy pellet stove. You will enjoy a quiet forest setting from the balcony and there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax throughout the cabin. The open kitchen is great for entertaining and is fully stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom features a California King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, workstation if you must work or school remotely, and en-suite bathroom. While the third bedroom downstairs is perfect for the kids (or singles) and features two Twin beds, flatscreen TV and attached bathroom. The loft upstairs has even more sleeping space with a Double bed as well as bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, plus flatscreen TV also with Roku access.

The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex offers a swimming pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities with parking available right in front of the units. Mammoth Sierra Townhomes offers some of the best floorplans in town with plenty of bathrooms and convenience and is an ideal location for families. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.

This unit has 3 levels inside, is non-smoking and one dog is permitted (additional pets on approval only). This condo sleeps a maximum of 9 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. “Great family and pet friendly condo”

Great location. Lots of room. Perfect for two families. Very nicely upgraded. Was so nice to have 4 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pan and appliances.
