Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with balcony overlooking a beautiful resort style heated pool. Gated community. Second (top) floor with vaulted ceilings. 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Two miles to Clearwater Beach. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, recliner chair, flat screen TV and walk in closet. Guest bedroom has two twin size beds and a twin size sleep sofa, flat screen TV and a walk in closet. The living room features a full size sleep sofa with plush mattress topper, love seat, flat screen TV with upgraded cable and a DVD player. Complimentary WiFi in condo. Newly remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Wood-look porcelain tiles throughout condo. Microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge with ice and water dispenser. Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig single cup coffee maker; traditional coffee maker; Mr. Coffee Ice Tea maker, electric tea kettle, blender, toaster, mini food processor and hand mixer. Pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, barware and serving dishes and utensils. Full size washer and dryer in unit; iron and ironing board. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool/beach toys. All linens including pool towels. Alarm clock and hair dryer. Ample parking just steps from the condo. Fabulous air conditioning plus ceiling fans in all rooms and balcony. Beautiful clubhouse with business center. Exercise room/Fitness Center with 24/7 access. Full size sofa bed with plush mattress topper in living room plus twin Aero bed. Also provided are laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and a starter supply of paper products, coffee, tea, etc. Arrive and start enjoying yourself immediately!!

Must be over 25 years old to book. No groups of singles under 25. Seven day minimum rental. Some shorter stays are permitted, depending on dates.

How do damage deposits work?

If Doreen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
