Wonderful Vero Beach restaurants, Vero Beach boardwalk, Shopping at local shops, Minor league spring training, Lifeguard supervised beach and playground for the kids next door, Melbourne Airport - 45 minutes. First floor end floor unit.

Large pool and steps to ocean from back door,cross no roads. Next to playground and picnic area with lifeguard supervised beach and also a private beach is available, dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 90 minutes to Orlando attractions and minutes from Minor league baseball games. Safe, quiet and perfect for all. Vero beach has a new Indian River Mall with one of the largest AMC movie theater (24 screens). There are many golf courses and tennis courts near by.

How do damage deposits work?
