Privacy & location! This one acre upper canyon property is only a couple of minutes from town, yet tucked away in a private location with beautiful scenic views. Two bedrooms (plus loft) & one bath. Accommodates 5-6 adults. Perfect for a couples ski trip or a family getaway.
**About Lewis Lodge**
Pride of ownership! King bed in master, 2 full beds in second bedroom & 1 full bed in loft. This 1300 sq ft space has washer & dryer, two decks, Internet & cable (NFL ticket for you sports fans). Kids love the loft or serves as a private area for adults. Guaranteed to feel like home. We take joy in sharing our home with others who enjoy nature & relaxation. Our cabin has two decks to sit back and take in the views Ruidoso has to offer.
***Call us for last minute bookings or extra day stays. We want your business. Contact us for weekly & monthly discount rates.
***Must be rented by an adult older than 25yrs of age.
***Holidays are subject to 3-5 day minimum stay. Seasonal rates vary.
***Stairs to loft are not suitable for small children.

Getting Around:
-As with most homes in Ruidoso, snow months may require all-wheel drive or 4x4. No snow=no problem.
Other Things to Note:
-There is an alarm system connected to the property. The host will deactivate upon check-in & activated upon checkout. Please abide by check-in & checkout times listed. If more time is needed please contact host.
Fire extinguisher located in closet by back door. Carbon monoxide & smoke detector connected to alarm system.
As with most homes in upper canyon, great views=higher altitudes. Driveway at an incline.
House Rules:
Please treat the home with care & respect. We take great pride in ownership & enjoy sharing our home with others. It must be left in the same condition as it was found. Home instructions are posted on refrigerator. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy.
***In Ruidoso, the trash is not picked up at each individual residence. You must take the trash to the nearest dumpster at the end of your stay. They are located on every street.
