Description

Located in the outskirts of Tulum in area and surrounded by trees, Villa Nicte 2 consists of two bedrooms one with a king size bed that sleeps two and the other bedroom has two full beds that sleeps 4 people.

The bathroom with a shower is accessed from the family area that consists of a living room with a dining room that seats 6 people. The kitchen has a counter that seats 3 more people.

Pool is shared with an additional flat (VIlla Nicte 1) located in the ground floor of the property which has independent access.

The property is located in an area still not fully developed so we are in the jungle, access to our property is via a dirt road, we have all electricity, gas LPG for cooking and potable water comes from our own well.

Place is very quiet and if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay this is it.

The house keeper is 24 hours a day at the property we have laundry service with an extra charge, chamber maid is available and arrangements for cooking, if needed, can be arranged with the house keeper.

“Nice apartment”

A clean nice apartment with a lovely pool. Good price . Helpful caretaker . Would have been nice to leave some basic items such as salt oil sugar coffee and milk. Just a small amount . We had travelled nearly 7 hours to get to the apartment and we were very tired so to head back onto the road to look for a supermarket in the dark was very stressful. However this was a minor issue but one I think the owner should consider just to make the whole experience excellent . You do need a car to get any where . Every thing was dealt with in a professional manner . Would recommend
