Description
The apartment is a self-contained annexe of a uniquely beautiful house built mid 20th century and approached up a sweeping gravel drive. The apartment, on two floors, is spacious and elegant with high ceilings and houses a variety of books and DVDS. It comes with its own wrought iron gates leading into a private courtyard embellished with attractive flowering plants and its own front door. To the rear are french windows leading onto a private decked well maintained garden with garden furniture and climbing flowering plants. A further outdoor recreational space for the apartment offers table tennis.

“Perfect For Our Requirements”
The property is a self contained annex to a beautiful home located in a beautiful road. It is also close to our daughter which made it very convenient. The accommodation is very comfortable and the facilities more than adequate. The owners are charming and responsive.

“Well equipped, comfortable and clean apartment.”
We stayed for two weeks for a winter break. The location is great for walking along the Wey Navigation to Godalming and up to the Thames. We walked to Farnborough along the Basingstoke Canal. Brooklands Museum, Mercedes World and Guildford are worth visiting. The apartment is spacious and warm and has everything needed for a longer stay. The M25 is fairly close and some traffic noise can be heard in the bedroom when the window is open.

Olwen and Ian went out of their way to make us welcome and to help us find interesting places to visit . Their apartment was beautifully clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The rooms were large and the beds comfy. We really appreciated having a king sized bed and a powerful shower. The kitchen could not have been better equipped and there was plenty of storage space. We really enjoyed the selection of books and magazines. We would definitely go again. Thank you Olwen and Ian.

“This is an excellent option for those wanting to stay out of London, preferably with their own transport.”
We have just spent a wonderful 8 nights at Evancourt. The apartment is very well equipped with everything one could need and Olwen had put up a Xmas tree for our family which was so thoughtful. The only negative we found was the poor hot water system which we were warned about, and admittedly we are a family of 5 but after 2 people had short showers, there was not enough hot water for a third. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment, especially if you had your own transport.
