This is a Very recently, totally remodeled house on Lake Hamilton, The property is centrally located, but far enough away to feel like you're " away from it all"! Close to restaurants (Sam's Pizza is 3 driveways away), shopping, Oaklawn Racing and Gaming, amusement parks and downtown Hot Springs . There is a new seawall and new 25 foot boat dock with a dock house and fenced yard by the lake for your enjoyment. Also, 2 kayaks and a paddle boat.
