Description

I invite you to come to Indian Rocks Beach. A family beach with a variety of great restaurants and family activities available nearby for adults and children of any age. My unit has been mostly top ratings since 2016.

My luxurious remodeled condo has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and Full Bed w/Twin Trundl) New Furniture and New Therapeutic Beds through out. Two full bathrooms, kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances cooking utensils for cooking and grilling, along with many cooking supplies, such as spices and more. Dining for 6 and spacious living room. My condo easily sleeps 6-8 in luxurious comfort. My condo has a private patio including chairs, Table/Ice chest, Wood Bakers Rack Storage for beach chairs/ toys etc. to use while your stay, spiral staircase to a variety of activities... heated pool, jacuzzi/spa, large sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, and barbecue gas grills, Tennis courts included, that are all a few steps away. It's just 100 feet to the private, sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico (where the water is warm, weather permitting)

Lovely spacious uncrowded sugar sandy beaches, ideal for families and couples alike. The warm salt water, heated pool and Jacuzzi invite you to relax and rest up for the 1 1/2 hour drive to all the Disney Theme Parks if you'd like. Golf lovers have a choice of 40 courses within 1/2 hour of my condo. Game of tennis anytime with rackets/balls supplied within my condo and many beach accessories such as chairs, wave boards, etc.

I welcome you to Sun and Fun! Relax and a stress free time on a beautiful beach with breathtaking sunsets.

Everything about it was amazing! Right on the beach, several beach items available, comfy bedding, great area, washer and dryer in the condo. Best vacation yet!

Response from the owner I always try to make my guest happy, however when parking becomes a problem during holidays. To clear up the extras in refrigerator are mostly condiments that most guest love that we pay it forward on costs on vacation. Also, vaseline is not k-y jelly,also in medicine cabinet are band-aids, q-tips, triple antibiotic ointment, etc, for convenience of my guest.. I have not had reviews because of covid last year and I have many repeat renters. This guest also failed to inform that her parents also own a condo here, which is rather upsetting for another owner. Further reviews will tell the truth.

How do damage deposits work?
