Newly Remodeled Condo. 24/7 Security and Gate Front Entrance. Fully furnished with great amenities! Walking distance to the Beach, Hotels, Casinos, Restaurants, Bars, Pharmacies, Car Rental, etc.

The condo is fully remodeled and has brand new furniture, new modern appliances, stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice dispenser.

The condo has a living/dining room, separate bedroom, bathroom with stand-up shower, fully equipped kitchen, balcony and central air conditioning. Sleeps up to 3 people and sleeping accommodations consist of 1 queen size bed and 1 full size futon in the living room.

The building is clean and safe with 24 hour security and has 3 elevators for your use. Guests are asked to use the last elevator when coming up from the beach.

Cleaning fee: $100.00

** Our condo is set up like your own private residence with most of the amenities and responsibilities you have at home. We do not have an on-site manager but you will have personal contact during your entire stay in Puerto Rico for immediate response. The housekeeping staff will clean after your visit but there is no daily maid service.

We take a personal interest in the pleasure of your stay. I am easily accessible whether by email or phone. Please note that you will have a personal contact during your entire stay in Puerto Rico. We will both be accessible via email or phone and your contact be there to greet you as you check in. Fantastic location! Condo is located 2 blocks away from El San Juan Hotel & Casino, and down the street from Isla Verde Beach. Walking distance to beach, casinos, hotels, grocery store, supermarket (open 24 hours), post office, dry cleaners, great restaurants, and the best nightlife.

During your trip to Old San Juan, can also enjoy a fun filled day of local activities such as sightseeing at San Juan's fortress by the sea 'El Morro' or shopping along 'Calle Cristo' where you will find many designer outlet stores such as 'Coach,' 'Dooney & Bourke,' 'Ralph Lauren', etc. When you are done shopping continue on to 'Calle Fortaleza' for an unforgettable dining experience at one of the many restaurants located in the popular area known as 'So-Fo' South of Fortaleza.

It is filled with galleries, museums, parks and castles; and there are the beaches, plenty of shopping and the best restaurants. You will also love the vibrant nightlife of Puerto Rico.

When you are ready to return to the apartment the bus will drop you off across the street of the Ocean Tower building.

Airport Info:

Transportation from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU): Distance to Condo 1.5 MI . Taxi Charge (one way) $12.00 (USD), time by taxi: 5 min.

Public Bus (one way) $0.75

NO Passport Required for US citizens!!!!!!!!!!!

Getting aroundPublic transportation stops in front of Coral Beach complex, and for just 75 cents, you can ride the bus T5 or 53 (preferable)to Old San Juan (El Viejo San Juan) a must see destination while in Puerto Rico.

There is no need to rent a car, as everything is within walking distance, however, if you wish to rent one you can find a car rental location close by. (Charlie Rentals & Enterprise in the San Juan Hotel)

We will appreciate if you help us conserve energy you turn the air conditioner off when you are not in the studio and when you leave.

Leave all used sheets and towels together on a hamper. We do our best to have the apartment very clean for you. Please help us take care of it and leave it clean.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY:

NO refunds will be given unless:

a) The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area and/or;

b) A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area, we will refund:

i. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,

ii Any reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Tropical Storm or Hurricane Warning" period.

c) NO REFUND is honored if it is just rains due to tropical storms - we cannot guarantee the weather.

d) the vacation can be reschedule according to availability of vacant dates in the calendar.

Check in 3:00 pm Check out 12:00pm, unless otherwise arrange with owner. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Key lost fee will be $100.00. Please be advised not to hang towels over the balcony as it is an infraction against building rules.
