Luxury condo with a large balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico and 2.5 miles of beach. The Madeira Norte complex is on the beach, not across the highway, in the city of Madeira Beach on Florida's Central Gulf Coast next to St. Petersburg, and 13 miles south of Clearwater Beach, FL. The condo is directly across the street from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. This is a great family vacation area to enjoy the Gulf waters, heated pool, beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, shelling, fishing, boating, snorkeling, parasailing, swimming, jet ski rentals, and more. John's Pass Village has excellent dining, shopping and entertainment and, it's only 45 minutes to Busch Gardens and approximately 60 more minutes to the Orlando area theme parks. Rest & relaxation are within walking distance. Please note that the condo is non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the unit's outdoor balcony.

Minimum 7 day rental due to the condo association rules.

Normal weekly rentals begin on Saturday with an arrival time of 2 pm or earlier if we are ready for you and the week lasts until the next Saturday at a 10 am check out unless otherwise confirmed through reservation or agreement with the owner.
