Furnished in the Colonial style, this resort offers all the modern amenities and activities you could want. Surrounded by the area's top attractions and historic landmarks, there's plenty to explore, ensuring that your getaway is one to remember.

-1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom - Sleeps 4

-535 square feet - mini kitchen - stocked

-washer / dryer in unit

-King in master bedroom / Sleeper sofa in living room

Wyndham requires a full name and address for guest confirmation, with valid photo ID, and must be at least 21 years of age. You must message me the full name, as well as physical address as it appears on the photo ID, of the person who will be first to check-in. Only this one person may check the group in. Any changes to the guest confirmation name requires a $99 change fee. This is a STRICT policy that can not be waved.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham time share presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo.

You can request change of linens and towels (no charge) at the front desk. Maid service is not included but can be added for a fee.

-A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

-Discount store within walking distance.

-Outlet shopping, chain eateries, two grocery stores within a couple of miles.

-This is a non-smoking resort.

-There is a mandatory $10.00 daily fee per suite. The fee includes numerous

amenities including, premium WiFi for unlimited devices, unlimited use of

arcades, gas grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, movie theater, popcorn, mini-

golf, tennis, and kid's activities (crafts and games).

-This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site

purchases.

There were bedbugs on bed and in dresser. The room was great location close to amenities and good discounts at local restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?
