Located in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, Emma Residence is a lovely beach front property located on the beach, with the Caribbean Ocean facing Women’s Island.
This fantastic Residence has been recently renovated with many new upgrades, and with amazing details.
The condominium is situated on the beach, and from the house you have an amazing view to the Caribbean Sea, with a big terrace on the beach with 229 sq ft with BBQ, where you have direct access to the beach. You are about 5 minutes to the major area such as shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainments in the hotel zone, and only 5 minutes from down town. Walking distance you have access at the new Shopping Mall one of the biggest in Latin America.
Inside the Residence, you will enjoy a stylish décor, comfortable furnishings, attractive bedrooms in suites and high hand amenities to make your vacation a perfect getaway.
For sure this property is one of the best Residence on vacation rental in Cancun, has 6135 square feet, big living & dinning room with the front view to the Caribbean Sea and Women Island, 4 bedrooms in suites ( 2 big master suites ocean front) with 4.5 full bathrooms, full equipped kitchen, laundry area with washer and dryer and with all you need, like your own house. Available covered garage for two cars.
Smarts TV 's , WiFi Internet access Free, Electricity, AC included and so much more!
The deck you can see in the photos is not public, is the private deck to use only the guest and resident of the complex.
You have long beaches at boths sides of the deck.
In the condominium you have tennis court, basket, swimming pool, BBQ and a large garden with a playground for kids, security 24/7. Just only one block walking on the beach, you have a Beach Club & Marina, where you can have a great lunch and waters sports are available for rent, such as wave runners, wind surf, catamaran, parasailing, etc…
In the Residence you have bicycles available, 2 kayaks and some beach toys.
Maid service is included in the middle of your stay for reservation at list 7 nights. We change blanks and towels.

Response from the owner Dear Janice, I have to say that we are very surprised about your comments, the property is not new but completely remodeled and identical as the pictures shown on the web site. We have been receiving more then 100 families, and always had great comments and repetitive customer that loved the house and the service! I have to mentioned that from the 100 families we received 5 stars reviews and because of that fact TripAdvisor has granted us an "Excellence Certicate 2019" for providing the best quality, services,f acilities etc... Not only in this house but also in another 3 houses that we own. Nevertheless we agreed on the fact that frying pans had to be replaced and that what we did to ensure you a good quality.The windows are always cleaned completely the day of arrival and the dirt that you are referring to is in fact the wind and salt that can give the impression of opaque windows, which obviously as you said yourself the house being on the beach is more likely subject to have blurry windows if you do not clean them after a couple of days! The view to the Caribbean Ocean and Isla Mujeres is magnificent! The bathroom are working perfectly we do maintenance and check every bathroom after check out. The pool that you are mentioning is exactly as the pictures in the site. And you have 4 lounge chairs with mattresses on the house terrasse in front of the Ocean and several beach chairs and beach towels available for you to your convenience. Now what you forgot to mentioned is that we received the house extremely dirty, body towels were used as carpet on the floor, garbage everywhere!! We actually took pictures. We also have several reports from the Security area that in few occasion you arrived to the house with too much to drink and that is also why you fell in the stairs and had to go to the hospital for stitches!! Now remember that you cannot compare an All inclusive resorts Hotel or regular Hotel with a Vacacional rental Home and it is not for everybody and maybe it is not for you! For that matter I do not think that your review will be valuable to our customer. I will not recommend any property owner to rent to you again and will ask TripAdvisor to confirm your status and your previous review. Daniel

Some things about your comments, the construction is in the other side where is located the house, and they are building a small house, they are not going to extended. In the complex has limited hours to work, for that reason I'm sure that is not a problem with the noise or you can not see it from the house. About the electricity is not a cost if you don't have more consumption, everything is clear in the web side and when you accept the booking is clear the rental agreement and terms and conditions. The check in and check out hours is specific in the web site, either the address, name of the complex, name of the house and number of the house.
