We have MORE of these condos available! Ideal for large families and groups. Nestled amid the cliff terrain of Princeville — Kauai’s leading resort community — Wyndham Bali Hai Villas blends natural landscape with man-made pleasures for a vacation spot unlike any other. The resort pools beckon you for a relaxing soak or a vigorous swim. Then play amid cascading waterfalls or check out the built-in beach for volleyball and sandcastle building.

Wyndham requires a full name and address for guest confirmation, with valid photo ID, and must be at least 21 years of age. You must message me the full name, as well as physical address as it appears on the photo ID, of the person who will be first to check-in. Only this one person may check the group in. Any changes to the guest confirmation name requires a $99 change fee. This is a STRICT policy that can not be waved.

Hawaii TSO tax is collected by the resort at check-out. This amount is approximately $18 per condo per rental night.

A valid credit card will be required at check-in. There will be a $150 credit card hold which is released at check-out if there are no outstanding charges.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham time share presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

Photos and descriptions are accurate. Similar to a hotel, Bali Hai Villas are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability.

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo.

You can request change of linens and towels (no charge) at the front desk. Maid service is not included but can be added for a fee.

Free WiFi internet throughout the property. Upgraded speed is available for $5/day (1-5 days), or $25 total for 6-10 days, or $30 total for 11-30 days.

Front Desk is open 24 Hours. Check-In is at the main building on site.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
