Our Villa has the ideal location. From our villa it is only 0.7 miles to the Eagle Beach and 0.3 miles to Superfood Plaza where you'll find among others a large supermarket, a liquor store, a drugstore, pharmacy, toy store, hair salon and cafe. From the villa it's only 2.5 miles to the Highrise Hotel area where you'll have your pick of restaurants, casinos and entertainment.

Our private stand alone Villa has a high fence for your safety and privacy and offers indoor parking for up to 2 vehicles. Our Villa has been renovated and features brand new, high quality furniture and appliances to accommodate all your needs. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Our dining room features an extendable dining table that seats 8 persons comfortably. In addition we offer a dining set and cutlery for 8 persons as well as a plastic dining set for 3 children.

The villa is completely air conditioned and has free WiFi. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the guest bedroom a king bed and the extra bedroom a bunk bed (sleeps 3) and a twin bed. If required a baby crib can be placed in the guest bedroom free of charge. All bedrooms have a large built-in closet with hanging space as well as shelves and drawers. For your entertainment all bedrooms as well as the living room have been equipped with a large smart flat screen TV that features Netflix and/or cable. In the living room there is also a dvd player with a selection of dvds for children at your disposal.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The guest bedroom and extra bedroom have a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms have hot water in the shower and are equipped with a hairdryer and beginning toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. Furthermore, we offer bath towels, washcloths and linens for your convenience.

Enjoy the privacy of your own salt water system swimming pool with sitting area, work on your tan or just relax on one of the lounge chairs. The large L-shaped patio oversees the pool area and has a lounge area and a BBQ. There is a poolside bathroom where you'll also find a washer and dryer for your convenience. However, if you don't want the hassle of doing laundry there is also a laundromat at 3 blocks away. Other facilities offered are an iron, ironing board and a safe.

For your beach pleasure we provide you with an ice jug, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, beach bag, swimming noodles and a beach play set. Furthermore, our villa offers a selection of books and board games. Leaflets of different tours and activities are also available at the villa.

We can provide additional services such as housekeeping or groceries in your fridge upon arrival at an extra charge.

The best way to see the island is by rental car because then you can set your own pace and stop whenever you see something interesting. If you don't want to drive or want a guide you can book one of the many bus, jeep or atv-tours or even take a touron horseback.

“Fabulous house in a great location”

We so enjoyed our visit in Aruba! The house and grounds are immaculate, well kept and nicely stocked. Clemence is an excellent host, personable and responsive to questions. The location is just right, close to the beach (enough to walk if desired but only 5 min in a car) and lots of restaurants. There are several grocery stores close by, with plenty of selection. We especially loved the outside shower and the private pool!

Response from the owner Dear Amy, Thank you for your nice review and constructive feedback. I am very happy that you enjoyed your stay. However, I am very sorry that you did not contact me about the airconditioning in the bedroom with the bunkbed as it DOES have airconditioning as cstatedlearly in the listing and as can be seen on the pictures. The airconditioning is positioned opposite of the bunkbeds and the remote was next to the television. I too felt that we had a good communication going on, so I am rather surprised that you did not ask me about this, especially since you saw me on the 3rd day when I gave you a lift to the Eagle Beach. The electricity and water allowance included in the nightly rental price are sufficient for normal consumption levels as you noticed by your own consumption level since you did not exceed it. The utilities allowance is clearly stated in the rental agreement that you have to agree with in order to book my place. So I am sorry you overlooked this. In order to prevent future miscommunications I will also add this information to the listing description. The hot water, as I explained to you, is not common for Aruba as most people like cooling off after a warm day. However, in order to further improve my guests' stay, I am happy to say that I have already contacted my electrician and we are working on the possibility of adding hot water to the amenities. As for the kitchen, I am going to make sure there are some spices and a salad bowl to further enhance my guests' experience. Thank you for your feedback, as I am always looking for ways to improve my home for future guests.
