FFor our guests’ peace of mind, this property has incorporated enhanced cleaning and low-contact protocols.

Relax comfortably in accommodations featuring a queen size bed and sofa bed. Our Studio accommodation offers a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, complimentary amenities and hair dryer. Enjoy the convenience of your kitchenette equipped with a stove top, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker among other modern appliances. Additional in-room amenities include cable/satellite television, DVD player, iron/ironing board, telephone and air conditioning.

This property charges a mandatory resort fee due at check-in. Please check listings for details. Rates subject to change.

Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $25 plus tax resort fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

Resort fee inclusion:

Guest internet access; select daily activities and classes; 15% discount off green fees at the Sedona Golf Resort; DVD/game usage; 10% discount for local area dining and self-parking.

Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
