Our just updated with all new furniture 2 story Penthouse Horizons Condominium is located on the 19th and 20th floor in a very sought after building. Experience what we've created with a vacation in mind. If you are looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, this property offers just that. -Master Suite-The oceanfront master suite features direct access to the oceanfront balcony to view the ocean and the beautiful sunrises from the King-size bed. Full bath, lighted vanity and soaking tub. -Guest Bedroom 1-The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, tv and also with balcony access. -Guest Bedroom 2-The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, tv and has direct access to the balcony (plus 2 twin size rollaway beds should you require occupancy over 6) . -The Living Room-The oceanfront living room is luxuriously decorated and has direct access to the balcony. Also featured is a 55'" TV with Cable and Remote -Kitchen-The kitchen is completely equipped and features all appliances.There are ocean views from the kitchen.The lighting and tile are just some of the finishing touches of this kitchen. -The Balcony provides outdoor seating.You can view the spectacular ocean,beach and even the pool from our spacious balcony. -The private oceanfront pool has access to the beach from the private walkway.There is also an 'after-swim' shower after a day at the beach. All linens provided with extra sets additionally. We also provide beach chairs and a supply of beach towels. Unlimited Local Phone service provided.For long distance you can use a cell phone or calling card. PLEASE NOTE: I get many questions about the differences between waterfront,oceanfront,beachfront and ocean view.They are all directly on the water in EXCEPT for Oceanview. If you are looking for an OCEANFRONT, BEACHFRONT, OR WATERFRONT vacation rental being directly on the water and beach, please keep in mind some properties are advertised as oceanfront when they are actually OCEANVIEW. One reserved garage parking space.
PLEASE NOTE: This Horizons building will be undergoing extensive concrete restoration from August 2022 through all of 2024. Please be aware there will likely be construction noise and other impacts if your dates fall in that range.

“Condo, Daytona”
It is the best to place ever visited in Daytona. Really clean and gorgeous view. Furniture and equipment are well maintained.

Beautiful place. Complaints are that it was dusty in the closets, the slider doors need replacing and there was bird poop all over the windows when we checked in. Lots of pros though, beds are extreme… More
