HIstoric home located in lovely Red Lodge. Walk to shops, Lions Park, movie theater and more. The house located at 605 N Hauser is quiet with all the amenities. With 12 beds in 4 bedrooms all bedding is of the highest quality. Three recently renovated bathrooms and a new high capacity front loading washer and dryer make sure everyone's needs are met.
The inviting kitchen provides a stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender, dishwasher, farm sink and tools and implements to rustle up a snack or a four course meal. Founded in the 1800's this historic town has all that Montana has to offer. Flanked by two mountain ranges, the Beartooth and the Absakora. In close proximity to Yellowstone and Cody Wyoming Red Lodge is a destination onto itself or a stop on a grand tour of the old West. Hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, whitewater rafting, 4 wheeling, horseback riding and much more await. In the winter ski, Red Lodge Mountain, ice skate in Lions Park, or cross country ski in close proximinty to your Red Lodge home and all there is to offer in the town.

The location of this house is ideally suited within walking distance of downtown Red Lodge, Montana. We could walk to Main Street! House was well equipped with a full kitchen, entertainment center, and wifi access. We were only a family of four, but by our count the house could have slept at least 12 (in beds) comfortably, if not more.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Beck Hither in august 2010. We were on our way to Yellowstone and Red Lodge is a quaint town near one of the lesser-used Yellowstone entrances. It is also at the base of Beartooth Highway--one of the most beautiful places I've been. Beck Hither is within walking distance to the grocery store and numerous shops and restaurants on the main street. It is also just two blocks from an amazing playground. We took our toddler there and there was plenty for her to do. There was also plenty to do for older children. While in town, we visited the animal rescue and saw mountain lions, a bison, and other animals. We hiked and rode mountain bikes in the nearby national forest. Beck Hither is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed staying there and can't wait to return.

The Beck Hither home is in a great location, has been updated nicely and offers a fun place for families to enjoy the Western United States. With convenient access to river rafting, horseback riding and the charming town of Red Lodge, we had a great time letting our kids be kids and explore the outdoors and small town living. We always leave Red Lodge discussing our favorite part of the vacation. The home offers enough space for all of our kids to stretch out, but also the comfort to reconnect. For families with younger children, the Beck Hither home is convenient to the best playground/park we've ever experienced. Enjoy your time in Red Lodge!
