We are one of 8 side-by-side, 3 story units, built in 2008. We are an end unit, which provides extra space, light, and privacy. Suite 8 is steps from a lovely, uncrowded beach.

The condo was lovely - we enjoyed the dipping pool and the jacuzzi in the evening. We felt it was very well stocked, everything we could have needed. It was well situated to everything, having the food store Everyone we met was extremely friendly and helpful. Josue was great, took care of everything, anytime we called.
The notebook with restaurant suggestions was great... we had already contacted Tiano Divers from home ( which I think you had as a link) and had a wonderful trip with them to Desecheo island. I snorkeled and my husband did 2 dives.
We went to several of the restaurants suggested: Rincon Tropical, Shipwreck, Tamboo ( which thankfully had a generator and was open during the storm), an amazing anniversary dinner at The Horned Dorset Inn - Blue room, lovely breakfast at La Rosa Inglesia.
We also loved the little food truck at steps beach - they had awesome empanadillas that they make to order. It was our favorite beach for snorkeling, the reefs were great there.
We also liked the food at El fulgon de la curvo for typico style food, and a had a very good dinner at the mexican restaurant Pancho Via downtown.
We went to the zoo in Mayaquez which was a good day trip, and then to the mall for my daughter... I've never been in a more crowded mall - even at holiday time here. ( I must admit i'm not a mall person though)
And we also went to Crash Point beach in aquadilla. It's a great public beach very clean with bath houses and good snorkeling. It was really easy to find, well marked - we went on the way back from dropping our daughter off at the airport.
So, we have already been recommending the condo to others, we would absolutely go again, and we again thank you so much for the opportunity to stay longer!

Best vacation we ever had.
We were there for almost a week and it was by far the most relaxing time we had in a while. Great location, great owners great amenities.
It felt like home.
We hope to go back really soon.

The condo was clean and gorgeous!
We were a 1 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from anything else we might need or want...(groceries, liquor store, restaurants.
Robyn and her husband are the coolest cats in town! They were so helpful in every aspect!
Josue the caretaker is awesome!
We made friends with the local dogs. We have a special place in our hearts for the two little yellow dogs across the street!
The roosters and barking dogs are quite "entertaining"...especially in the middle of the night, but if they start to annoy you just plug up your ears with the ear plugs provided! ;)))

We literally had the perfect vacation at Suite 8 in Rincon. The house is beautiful, spacious, and super clean. There is so much room that we're hoping to go back with friends in 2012. We cooked many great meals in the kitchen, and loved using the grill on the roof. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and we were able to walk to several cute restaurants and get groceries at the store up the street. The beach is stunning and so close. You can see the sunsets over the ocean from the roof deck. Overall, it was an amazingly relaxing experience- the toughest decision we made all week was whether to get in the ocean, dipping pool, or hot tub... both my boyfriend and I can't wait to go back!
