Description

Stay in comfort and luxury in our sunny, 3 story, contemporary, townhouse. Suite 8 is located in a friendly beach community, just steps from one of the best swimming beaches in Rincon. Private roof-top jacuzzi and private "dipping pool" in our own backyard make this an ideal vacation spot for families, couples, or groups of friends. Forgot your toothbrush? No problem! We are stocked with back-ups on personal care items. We also provide the best of everything else you will need from top quality mattresses to fluffy towels, soft sheets, beach toys, bicycles, espresso maker, just to name a few things. With 2 large bedrooms that feature lovely quilts and furniture, and 3.5 bathrooms, you will enjoy plenty of space.

You can snorkel right off our beach (with goggles provided by Suite 8) and see a wide variety of beautiful fishes and sea creatures. The beach is sandy and uncrowded.

When you phoned us while soaking in the jacuzzi one night during your stay, you said it was as delightful to do so while feeling the ocean breeze and watching the stars! I'm so sorry you never let us know you thought the grill was out of gas. Our property manager would have come right over to help you open the valve on the tank. Upon leaving, you had said you'd hoped to stay at our townhouse again throughout the construction of your new home in Rincon. I am so sorry you've had a change of heart. It is confusing to us. Be well, and I'm sorry this was not a good match.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Robyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
