Description

We are resort members with a Villa located inside the premises of the Westin Rio Mar Beach, Golf & Tennis Resort. You will have access to the resort’s pool and activities.This Villa is the newest and most luxurious Villa plus they have a superb location, next door to the resort golf clubhouse and two minutes away from beach. Our Villa at Rio Mar Village is a private property located within the 481 acres facilities of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort, Spa & Casino,one of the most beautiful resorts in the island.

Three bedroom villa. Each with private complete bathroom. Accomodates 10 people. The property is fully furnished, integrated with security system and has two central A/C, telephone, high speed wireless internet, two TV's with DVD player and cable TV. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with a huge private bathroom, and an exit to the terrace. The terrace views the Golf course and Rain Forest and it is furnished as well and equiped with BBQ.

Could sleep confortable 10 people.

Dinnind room with 8 sittings. Kitchen area with 4 sittings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, convection oven, refrigerator and freezer, and pots and pans.

FOUR PASSENGERS GOLF CAR INCLUDED IN BASIC RENT.
