This ground floor barn conversion is located near to Ryde on the Isle of Wight and can sleep three people in one bedrooms. 3 The Stables is a ground floor barn conversion cottage just two miles from the town of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. The cottage sleeps three people and has one double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Also included in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area, single sofa bed and patio doors. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars, a private patio and a shared lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. With its neighbouring cottages, 3 The Stables s...leeps a total of eight people in beautiful countryside on the Isle of Wight.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture, shared use of lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 1.5 miles. Restaurants, cafés and shops 2 miles. Beach 2.5 miles. Note: This property accepts children aged 5 and under only, including babes-in-arms.

Its excellent transport links – regular ferry, hovercraft and catamaran services from the mainland – mean thousands each year cross The Solent to enjoy Ryde’s selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, or to relax on the six miles of glorious sandy beach. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
