Split level, with living room, lanai, kitchen, dining and half bath on the main level and 2 bedrooms, (master has open-air patio) 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer on top level. Brand New Entertainment Center and BRAND NEW, huge 55" Flat Screen TV in living room! King bed in Master with flat screen. 2 Doubles in guest room with flat screen. Screened/Glassed lanai on main living level and open air lanai on top level off of the master bedroom. Overlooks the serene, canal waters and boat docks that are available for rent. Only a short walk to your own private piece of the white sands of Crescent Beach. No need to drag beach chairs, we have lounge chairs and umbrellas for our guests and complimentary beach concierge service 7 days a week. Washer/dryer in unit. Unit has phones, cable and complimentary WI-FI. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Brand New Fitness room on property, heated, handicap-accessible pool nearby, 2 private, lighted tennis courts, Gas Grills and Picnic Areas, rental office on-site with real estate services, clubhouse with computer, printer and wi-fi.
