Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this detached single storey lodge is in the village of Charlton Horethorn in Somerset.Lavender Lodge is a quality detached lodge in the village of Charlton Horethorn in Somerset. The lodge has a king-size master bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a twin room which uses the family bathroom. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking and a paved patio with furniture. Lavender Lodge is close to the towns of Sherborne and Wincanton, and is within easy reach of NT Stourhead, Glastonbury and Wells. Note: Charging electric cars is not permitted at the property. Please note: no bookings for work purposes allowed.
Amenities: Calor gas central heating with electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Paved rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (not to be left unattended in the property at any time). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub less than 3 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, this property isn't suitable for wheelchair users.
