Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car in garage. Front private patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Unfenced pond next to patio, children to be supervised. Note: Mezzanine bedroom has restricted head height and steep, open tread staircase, may not be suitable for the less mobile. Note: Cottage accessed via the owner's patio area with 6 stone steps from parking to patio and front door.
