Gorgeous upscale one bedroom, near village, across from best beach in the world! Our unit has just been totally renovated with brand new furniture! Enjoy a most relaxing beach vacation in our beautiful one bedroom condo -- directly across the street from world famous Siesta Beach (rated the #1 beach in the US) -- where you will find the whitest sand in the world . When you're not on the beach, you might want to visit the condo's large, inviting pool...have a glass of wine and watch amazing sunsets from your private patio...or dine at the many excellent restaurants in nearby (only one mile) Siesta Village or Sarasota, just minutes away. You will find our beach-themed unit comfortable and attractive -- with an upscale, open kitchen and lovely new bathroom. The condo clubhouse has a fitness/exercise room, ping pong and pool. Every vacation activity and many interesting tourist attractions are available -- but most visitors just want to take a dip in the Gulf of Mexico or walk the several miles-long famous Siesta Beach, while deciding which fabulous restaurant they will try. And jaws drop in awe of the amazing baby-powder look and feel of the unique quartz sand. Our condo location can't be beat -- and now the brand new and only Siesta Key restaurant on the beach -- with stunning views of the Gulf -- is directly across from our condo! Our super comfortable king size bed is in the bedroom - and our sofa in the living room opens to a queen size bed (the unit is appropriate for two persons but if a third is in party please discuss with owner). Most guests have access to a car, but now that a free trolley takes you from our condo to Siesta Village, some find it's not necessary! Most bookings are Saturday to Saturday but if this is not possible please discuss with owner! For your convenience there is an onsite office! Saturday to Saturday bookings are required for February- April and also July.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marcy (the owner) a message.

If Marcy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
