SIESTA KEY BEACH HAS BEEN RATED THE #1 BEACH IN AMERICA BOTH BY TRIP ADVISOR AND DR. BEACH. No booking fees by owner. (Siesta Dunes charges a fee of $150 for registering guests.)
Several years ago, we sold our ground floor condo and purchased this 4th floor unit which offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is located on Crescent Beach, (Siesta Key) known as "The World's Finest, Whitest Sand". A tropical vacation paradise, we are located in the gated complex of Siesta Dunes, directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
You will be surrounded by lush tropical landscaping in an updated and tastefully decorated condominium fully furnished with everything you need to relax. Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 4th floor unit which is privately owned and leased with a BREATHTAKING GULF VIEW. (This is not a garden condo where there is no view.)
Fully equipped kitchen, dining and extended living area. Included are 3 TVs, VCR/DVD, stereo player, and hairdryers. Unit offers 1 King bed in the master & a Queen bed in the guest room.
Watch playful dolphins and awesome sunsets from the large outdoor deck provided for guests, equipped with chaise lounges for sunning or relaxing. Or, just enjoy time in the large heated saltwater pool and adjoining hot tub. Beach chairs and lounges are provided at the beach.
Siesta Key is considered on of the most beautiful of Florida's barrier islands. It is easy to travel to and from Tampa International Airport, Sarasota Airport, Punta Gorda, or Fort Myers. There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance of Siesta Dunes. There is also a FREE ISLAND TROLLEY. Shopping malls and additional restaurants are within several miles.
Sarasota attractions include Jungle Gardens, Selby Gardens, Ringling Museum, St. Armands Circle, VanWezel Performing Arts Center, and many golf courses. Myakka State Park is within 10 miles. Bike trails are nearby as well.
Nearby attractions include Disney World, Universal & MGM Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens.
