MichiganGreat place, can't wait to go back!!!
Left on 05/07/2013 for a stay in April 2013
This was a great vacation location. It is right across the street from the beach, which was not crowded at all due to the fact that there weren't too many parking spots available for the public. There is a public parking lot further down the street, and that's where the crowds were. The beach was so clean, and the sand like nothing I had ever seen, white and so soft. We saw at least 4 beach weddings happening while we were there and on Sunday nights they have "drum circle", where they play the drums for hours and people dance. It is also within walking distance from the Siesta Village. We loved walking there for lunch and dinner. If you're not into walking, there are free rides into town (tip the driver), or bus stop right in front of the building (cheaper than tipping :)) You can also rent scooters in town, which we did one day and just cruised around. The condo was literally spotless, very comfortable and inviting. We loved everything about it, from the big windows overseeing the Gulf, to the very soft and comfortable bed. There were older couples there, as well as couples with small children, but you could never tell, there was never any disturbing or unwanted noise. I have nothing negative to say about it, we really enjoyed it that much and we are already talking about when we can go back. I am so glad we did not go to a hotel!!! We have told all our friends and family about it and showed them pics, everyone was impressed. Checking in and out was very easy and everyone was so friendly and helpful:)

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your rental experience with others. Your review was also very informative about the area. The Drum Circle has been going on for many years and is very unique to the area. It takes place every Sunday on Siesta Beach at sunset--rain or shine. It's fun to see everyone just relaxing and enjoying themselves. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and the whole rental experience. Take care; and hopefully, we'll be talking again soon when you plan that return visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was quite perfect for two people and truly a quaint little apartment with all of the necessary features. Sunset Royale is literally a 30 second walk from the beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Pop on your sunhat and you're there! There is a plethora of unique shops and eats (if you're vegan -- grocery stores are a quick drive away and carry most staple items; or you must check out The Veg restaurant!) We cannot wait to come back next year if not sooner. We've been back home just a couple of days and already miss it dearly!

Thanks for sharing your experience with others. We truly feel our location is one of the best on Siesta Key. As you pointed out, everything is a short distance away. But, the best part is having that beautiful beach and ocean a few footsteps away. Just give us a call when you're ready to plan that return visit.

Our 6th year now and hope to make it a lot more. This 1 BR unit is well decorated, comfortable and with great views. We were getting frustrated when first searching for such a location since there are so many offerings up and down the west coast. We therefore consider ourselves lucky to have found this locale. The village is within a nice walk and provides most everything a couple would need, from hardware to restaurants and bars, to groceries and a full service pharmacy.
One needs to understand the disadvantages of the other areas along both the east and west coasts to appreciate Siesta Key. While there is obviously some traffic along the Beach Road below your window, this is minimal in comparison to stretches along the Clearwaater, Longboat Key, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale shores. Secondly, nearby Sarasota is a gem, with unique restaurants and cultural events not found in communities many times its size. Combine that with the relative ease of getting off the Key, waterfront eateries, one of the greatest beaches in the world not to mention the sunsets, unit 304 offers the blend of amenities and setting to keep us coming back. Perhaps the only disadvantage is the lack of an open lanai to be able to sit and enjoy the air, yet Sunset Royale has recently added an expanded outdoor patio to partially address that issue.

We recently Syayed in condo #304 at siesta beach. Everything about the condominium was perfect from the time we arrived until our departure. The condominium is beautifully furnished and extremely well taken care of. The location to the beach and siesta key village was ideal. We arrived late in the day, after hours, and the arrangements that were made for us by the condominium manager, made our late arrival an easy process. Will definitely stay in condo #304 on our next visit to Florida.

Almost no words can describe the pleasure we had at this location. It is absolutely the best spot on the Siesta Key strip. The cleanliness was incredible. This is an owner that cares to provide the very best possible experience for their renters. The condo unit has you wanting for nothing. Everything is there provided for you. The view of the beach and gulf area is unmatched anywhere on the key. Beach equipment is provided complete with umbrella, chairs, towels, and cooler for your favorite beverage. Covered permit parking means your vehicle is safe, secure, and always a space for you. Bbq pits & washer dryers are available on property. The management on site is so attentive to making sure your time is quality. As for value, after this stay, I'll never want to go to another average hotel. We felt like this was "our" place if only for a short time. We loved the area, the attractions, the people, and of course the world famous Siesta Key beach which as advertised, is one of the best in the world. However, it all started with this condo unit. Absolutely the best !!! We can't wait to go back.

Clinton, OHWe loved it.

We loved our stay at the Siesta Beach Condo. It was a very nice updated and clean condo. Conveniently located right across the street from the beach just down from the public entrance but far enough away that you didn't have to deal with the huge crowd of people on the beach. Also within walking distance to Siesta Village. We loved everything about the condo. The only thing that might have added to it would have been a pool (with two small girls, having a day with no sand to clean up might have been nice). For my wife and I though we love sitting and enjoying the beach so we didn't miss it much. All in all we really enjoyed it and hope to stay again. Though, with our family growing in number, we will have to stay in the 2 bedroom condo next time.

We stayed in the Daniel's oceanfront condo on Siesta beach during Christmas week 2011. Our experience couldn't have been more wonderful. The condo is beautifully furnished, well equipped, clean, has easy access to the beach, and is just a few blocks away from the "village" for quick shopping trips or an evening of dining. It quickly became our favorite beach location. Everything exceeded our expectations, including the weather! We hope to return next year.

This condo was all that it said it would be. Kitchen very well stocked, with all you would need. Very clean and beautifully decorated inside. Owners were very helpful as was John at the office. i would not hesiate staying here again. One may want to consider the off season as we found rentals can run pretty high during the high seasons. But you will find that anywhere you travel.

We had a wonderful time, and hated leaving. Great location directly across from the beach. The condo was very clean, and the decor is modern and welcoming. Fully equipped in every way, even beach chairs and umbrella, (which was perfect because we flew). Overall we loved our stay, and look forward to our next trip to Siesta Key.

Worcester, MAAmazing Vacation
Left on 08/05/2010 for a stay in July 2010
The condo was wonderful from the check-in to the check-out. John the complex manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave us many suggestions for things to do in the area. It was spacious, had an amazing view of the beach and had all of the elements of home including games, dvds, beach chairs, coolers, etc.
The location was great as you can walk right across the street to the beach - no need to drive anywhere. We also walked to the Siesta Key marketplace almost every day for dinner and to go to the shops.
I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Remember to bring the camera as you can get some really great pictures of the beach and the breathtaking sunsets. Great value, great accommodations - we felt right at home.
