This lovely 2BD/1BA apartment is located just 1 mile from beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Siesta Key was rated the #1 Beach in the United States by Dr. Beach (2011) and the #2 Beach in the U.S. in the 2013 TripAdvisor Travelers Choice Awards. Siesta Key was listed in 2014 by Smarter Travel.com as one of the Top ten beach that should be on our bucket list. Stroll 3/4 mile to "The Village" for shopping and dinner. Continue another few blocks to the crystal sands of Siesta Key Beach. Or, take the free bikes for a quick 5 minute ride to the beach. Not a cyclist? No problem, two pedi-cab companies will pick you up and take you around the island for a moderate tip.
The interior of this unit was renovated in 2012, in a contemporary/modern style. New tile flooring, in the 700 sq. ft. apartment. We are a small property with just 4 units, so if quiet, serene surroundings are what you're looking for, look no further.
Rest easy on the king or queen Serta mattress' in one of the two contemporary designed bedrooms. There are three flat screen TV's for your viewing pleasure. 100% cotton sheets and luxury towels are provided for your comfort.
Relax in the hammock with a cool drink in the afternoon. Enjoy the private patio in the evening, while you BBQ on the Weber grill. We provide two bikes, a rolling cooler, beach umbrella and two beach chairs. A high chair and air mattress are also available upon request. There is nothing to rent or bring with you for this relaxing vacation.
Free WiFI and laundry facility on site.
We are located 20 minutes from Sarasota/Bradenton airport, 1 hour from Tampa International and 1.5 hours from Regional Southwest (Ft. Myers) airports.
