GREAT Value !!! MVPROPERTIES AT SIESTA KEY Renovated and very conveniently located duplex villas at the beautiful Crescent Beach section of Siesta Key beach.
We have (2) 2 bedroom 1 bath apartments. Each apartment sleeps up to 5 persons. Rent 1 apartment or both. The units are bright, updated, very clean and very pleasant to stay in. Rental units are ground floor with no steps, for easy access, and parking at your door.
UNITS ARE EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and completely furnished (including new side by side refrigerator with icemaker on door), dishes, utensils, pots, pans, skillets, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, electric can opener, gadgets and more.
Steps to the beach, steps to the heated pool, and steps to shopping. If you want, you never have to use your car.
We include many items at no extra charge that cost extra elsewhere. Compare!! Wireless Internet LCD TV's in each bedroom and living room. DVD player in living room DVD movies, and radio Keyed entrance to heated pool. May use day and night. 40 steps away! Coded private entrance to beach 60 steps away ! Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, noodles, 2 wheel beach cart, coolers, rafts, small child life vests, games, and books and more- all included!!
Rentals have a queen bed in one bedroom and 2 twin sized beds in the other bedroom. Mattresses are top quality and very comfortable. We provide a high quality fold up cot for a 5th person. Each unit is equipped with (Linens, pillows, sheets, blankets & towels), full kitchen with utensils and small appliances such as blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave.
One roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, 1 bar of wrapped soap or liquid soap per bath, dish liquid and 3 kitchen garbage bags are provided for your startup. Laundry detergent and conditioner are not provided.
Shared laundry room is located between the units and is free of charge. Iron and portable ironing board are in each unit at no charge. Each unit has front patio furniture to enjoy relaxing or dining outside. Gas BBQ grill (propane included) located on patio in privacy fenced back yard, outside showers , umbrella table and chairs and clothes line. Units have central heat and air and on city water. Units are equipped with wireless internet and TV service, TVs, and clock radios. Telephone service is not provided. Please use your own cell phone. .Use of BBQ grill is at your own risk. Shops, grocery stores, fish market, several terrific restaurants, drug store with post office, are within a two minute walk. Many shopping malls are a 5 minute drive

It didn't rain a drop all week, and the temps were always in the 80's :) The accommodations were fantastic - it was very clean, beds were comfortable, and there were so many amenities provided that we didn't even have a chance to use them all, lol and we had a visitor come see us a few days, a Snowy Egret, whom we named 'Slim'- it was so cool having a huge bird sit with us on the front patio, and after we went in, he jumped up on the patio table and stared at us through the window!! LOL The location was absolutely perfect, beach, pool & shopping all walking distance. My only request would be for a tea kettle lol though boiling water in a pot worked fine too, I guess I'm just getting picky now ;) Overall we loved our stay! Thank you Marty & Victoria! We can't wait to come back again, and next time it will be with our kids in tow :)))) *****Great place to stay to enjoy the beautiful beaches. The owner, Martin, was extremely nice and accommodating. He not only offered great recommendations on sights/activities but also had flyers/pamphlets in the condo. The area offers a free ride (golf cart style) to the Siesta Key Village (about 10 minutes from the property) which offers many shops and restaurants. Our family couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Response from the owner It is unfortunate that a severely disturbed person can besmirch the excellent reputation we have worked so hard to achieve over the years. Indeed, she is an unhappy and miserable person; it is her constant state of mind, no matter what. What she has written are lies and half truths, as an act of revenge for having been embarrassed at being caught stealing, trespassing and lying and then having been made to pay up after doing so. She has even questioned the integrity of the the review process by implying that all of our other outstanding reviews are not real. She didn't even book thru TripAdvisor. She has changed or twisted all the "facts" to make her appear the victim, when in fact we were victimized by her. She never even read about our place on the website and so didn't know much about it. Her daughter did the booking. We don't have an office because we program the door locks ahead of time, so our guests can let themselves in, if we cannot be there to greet them. She knew this, since we were in communication with her several times before check in. In fact one of our problems was that we had finishing prepping several days before her scheduled arrival, but she checked in at least a day early without telling us. She was caught when we showed up to do a final walk thru before scheduled check in and found her asleep in the apartment, completely unpacked. Our neighbors and other guests confirmed that they had arrived the previous day and didn't leave at all, to go somewhere else. She was made to pay thru the website that she booked thru, much to her embarrassment. They had 6 people when they only booked 4. They had 3 cars parked in front of our place when you are only allowed 1 or 2, which inconvenienced the guests in the other apartment. If she had only had 4 persons, as booked, there would have been no need to pull out the queen sized, very comfortable sofa bed. All of our beds have first quality brand name, very comfortable mattresses, which all of our other guests love. We've never had a single complaint about them. She entered our neighbors' apartments uninvited and unannounced. She didn't read or follow house rules. The beach IS a 2 minute walk We are very proud of the honest way we run our business. Please ignore the rantings of this nasty, disturbed person. Read our other, very real, reviews to get an accurate picture of our place. Don't miss the opportunity of having a great vacation with us. Response from the owner Thank you for your kind words. Regarding the refurb: we have already renovated the other apartment and are scheduled to do the unit you were in, in early September. Because we have been continuously booked, we haven't been able to do it. New floors and new furniture to be put in. Hope you can return to see it.
