Description

Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club Unit 503 provides one of the best views in the building (fifth floor facing south/east). The glass enclosed Lanai with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors provides bright sunlight during the morning and afternoon with excellent views of the intercostal water way, marina, tennis courts and swimming pool. An exercise room with showers and sauna is available to guests. Siesta Key beach, designated the #1 beach in the US in 2012 by Dr. Leatherman aka Dr. Beach, with its long shoreline of white quartz sand is a short walk or three minutes drive from the condo. The water is warm during most seasons and increases to bath-like temperatures during the summer. The water is also safe with shark attacks being very rare. Most days the skies over Siesta Key are clear, and the sunsets are regularly spectacular. Summer thunderstorms stay well east of Siesta Key, keeping the sky clear while the sun sets.

Downtown Sarasota is a short 15 minute drive away and contains beautiful views, parks and great restaurants within the main harbor. St. Armands Circle, with its up-scale boutiques and restaurants, is only an additional short drive across the Ringland Boulevard bridge, which has beautiful views of the Sarasota bay.

The apartment has everything your heart desires and has a great view, especially when the sun rises in the morning. The beach is about 10 minutes walk
