Description
This is a one-bedroom , semi-detached bungalow towards the end of a cul-de-sac, and part of the excellent Tradewinds development in Sosua, located just across the high road from the excellent new Pola supermarket, and a modern pharmacy. The new CMC hospital is about 400 metres along the main road.
The development is set in lush subtropical grounds, surrounding a large communal fresh-water pool, and a terrace providing, tables & chairs , sun loungers, and a shady gazebo.
The condominium has its own management office, back up electricity generator, 24-hour security service, and laundry room (buy tokens at the office).
The bungalow offers an exceptional amount of private space, with furnished covered terraces front and rear adding about 30 square metres to the already generous 68 square metres at your disposal.
The lounge and kitchen area are open plan, separated by a breakfast bar. The sitting area has a 3-seater sofa, and two large armchairs to relax in whilst watching cable T.V., including many American and international news, sports and entertainment channels. There is also a small sound system,and selection of paperbacks at the communal library.
The kitchen offers a gas stove, with full oven and 4 cooking rings, as well as a microwave,toaster, and small electric oven ,coffee-maker and a blender. Crockery and cutlery are also provided.
The bathroom offers a large curtained-off wet room with detachable shower-head and hose.
In the bedroom you will find a queen-sized bed with night table and lamp, built-in closet , sofa, and dressing table.
Both main rooms are cooled by ceiling fans, and the bedroom also has a quiet a/c unit with remote control. A pedestal fan is also available for use anywhere on the property.
Also included in the basic rental charge is once weekly cleaning with provision of towels and bed linen. ( Please bring your own towels for use at the beach and pool )
