My husband and I stayed at this condo at Garden Condos, Sosua, Feb 12th to March 14th of this year, and words can't describe what a fun vacation we had. The condo is absolutely beautiful, and the owner has fully equipped the unit with everything you might need to make a vacation there enjoyable. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, etc.; beds are very comfortable, decor is superbly done. Flat screen TV, stereo system, alarm clock, cell phone and laptop provided for the use of guests (which was so convenient). Unit is just steps to the beautiful pool, which is cleaned daily by very friendly staff.
The guests and owners of the condos were so much fun. "We made some very good friends during our stay, and we all took excursions together and spent many hours lounging by the pool, strolling through the town and going to the beach. Everything is within walking distance...beaches,supermarkets, banks, liquor store, restaurants (try Dracula restaurant, just down the street), pubs (Brittania Pub was a favourite, as was Coach's Corner...showing all live sports). No need for a car when staying at this centrally-located complex.
Dealing with the owner of the condo was a pleasure...very nice guy.
There is a BBQ on site, pool table, ping pong, yoga, outside meeting and eating area in a gazebo, housekeeping and laundry service available for very reasonable rates. The security staff, gardening staff, housekeeping staff and administration are friendly and go out of their way to ensure a beautiful vacation for guests and owners alike.
We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have booked for next year.

This is a most marvelous apartment in a well managed, secure condominium. As soon as we arrived we felt safe and at home. Being on the ground floor you get a sense of space and the terrace has been extended making an afternoon by the pool even more enjoyable. Proximity to town is brilliant and it meant that we were a short walk from everything so there's no need to hire a car because we could get to where we were going in a five minute stroll. It's an impossible to beat price too especially when split between the four of us and brand new appliances and decoration made it even more of a bargain. I would recommend it to anyone.
