This is a place where you can stay in a beautiful villa to kick back in the salt water pool during the day and party away the Caribbean nights in restaurants and clubs in Sosua and/or Cabarete.

$175-$225/nt; $1050-$1400; $2450-$3900/mo
At the time of booking you need to deposit 30% of the total basic rent to reserve the dates.
The total can be deposited from your US$ account to our local Bank here in Sosua. The funds have to be in our account 3 days prior to your confirmed scheduled arrival. International bank transfers to DR banks need about 7 business days to clear.
You can Western Union the funds. All charges paid by tenant.
On check out we read the meter and reimburse the 30% deposit after taking off any applicable electricity charges. Electricity is included in the basic rental rate up to US$ 10/day

Gratuity for housekeeping & pool maintenance is optional.
