Available only for Friday night of Spring PSU Graduation... Rate is $3,000 for one night.

Beautifully maintained home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with an additional finished basement. Convenient 3-mile drive to Beaver Stadium. House is fully furnished with 1 King, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin over full bunk bed. Beautiful views of Mount Nittany from the back patio - complete with patio furniture and grill. View of Beaver Stadium from front porch.

Looking for responsible non-smokers.

P.S. This is our personal home, and we have cats that we take with us.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Joel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
