Berlin, CTA bit expensive for small rooms, but close to ski area.

House has 3 small bedrooms, enough to sleep. The one big bedroom has enough space for kids to play, but it is very cold. It was addition to the old portion of the house. Heat is limited to two gas stoves which supposed to heat first and second floor. I'm not too excited to sleep in room with gas stove that turns on and off all night. Living area to relax is limited to a sofa and gas stove. If you want to stay and cook in the kitchen you need to bring some pans and pots. No garage to keep the skis and boots. It has internet and cable TV. Comparing to other houses in the area, the cost is a bit expensive for small house with some limitations. But it is very close to the ski area.

This was a beautiful spot and a very comfortable house. It was ideal for two to 4 persons but the central living space was a bit small for larger groups. The location was absolutely spectacular and we loved apres ski walks with the dog up to the sugarhouse. Be aware that cell service is very spotty at the house but the wireless works great. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great alternative to commercial hotel and
lodge rentals. You get the comfort and privacy of
your own home and still close to activities. All at
a great price! We recommended this place.
