The SpaceThe entire private apartment 1200 sq ft) above this historic home in Tarpon Springs Fl. is yours to enjoy.  Located  minutes from some of the countries most beautiful beaches.  Walk to our famous Greek Village and sample some of the worlds best seafood and Greek cuisine.  This home is only steps from Spring Bayou where you can watch the manatees frolic in the water.  A short walk will bring you too our Antique district or the Greek Village where you can shop or eat to your hearts content.   This apartment home  is located in a quiet area and includes two bedrooms, living room, fully equiped kitchen, one bath,a large private deck for sunbathing.  There is a private entrance to the second floor.   There are stairs to access the apartment so some with disabilities may have trouble navigating. The main bedroom is furnished with comfortable Queen size bed and the other bedroom has a comfortable Full size bed.    We can provide an inflatable if your family needs additional sleeping space.  Nearby attractions include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Ray's baseball, Buckeneer Football, two hours to Disney  and all Orlando attractions.   There are many other attractions too numerous to mention.  Come and enjoy the Florida sunshine!   We look forward to your visit.    John and Linda Hall

We hope everyone who rents from us has a great experience. We request that everyone be considerate of others on site. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Smoking is permitted on the outside decks or porches. There is laundry facilities on site and is free to use. We ask the guests to dispose of all trash every day in the outside containers available.

“Beautiful place to stay in Tarpon Springs”

We really enjoyed the place. Very clean, everything was provided. Even authentic radio and cassette player with great speakers was working. Walking distance from Tarpon village center. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

“Quiet retreat”

How do damage deposits work?
