My wife and I stayed for 4 days. Kay was wonderful.Lots of extras. beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, coffe, tea, basket of oranges, bottled water, laundry soap... Lovely decor. very short walk to the beach and pool. Close to entertainment and great food. Caddy's short walk. Sea Hags, best Grouper and seafood chowder 1-2 miles. Thank you Kay, we'll be back.

First of all this condo is in superb condition. Very neat and clean and updated. It is directly across the street to the Gulf of Mexico. I could see and hear the waves rolling when ever I wanted without leaving the doorstep. The beach area is sandy and well kept. Also everything is within walking distance or a short drive such as entertainment, grocery and touristy stores. Another plus is the condo is furnished with free wi-fi and 2 flat screen tv's. The owner, Kay, was very helpful when I had a question or needed something like directions or a place of interest I might want to visit. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

We are a 56 year old couple .We stayed in this delightful Condo from March 1st -March 22nd 2013 and hated to leave .Kay the owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable from the first day I called her inquiring about the rental ..She even offered to pick us up,at the airport! The condo is very well equipped with everything we needed .It is exactly as the pictures .Extremely clean and comfortable Especially the bed..The location is outstanding with the beach located across the street .The sunsets were beautiful and different every night..The people were very friendly and we felt very safe there...The fruit tray that Kay welcomed us with started our vacation on a great note ..We would recommend this highly...

Our stay at Kay Harrison's rental was a very wonderful time. We couldn't have ask for a better place to stay, clean and very nicely laid out. The beach is very close to the unit and the sun set's are in view of the unit. We will be back again in Nov. 2013. Loved it. Donna and Frank Mekulsia

Kay, My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is beautiful, very well decorated and very clean. Kay provides everything you could possibly want or need for your stay - beach chairs and towels, umbrella and even a gazebo canopy. All you really need is to pack your bathing suit and clothes; Kay provides everything else. The beach and pool are directly across the street and it is in a nice quiet location. Everyone in the complex was very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to return. Thank you Kay for a wonderful time.

We cannot say enough good things about this property. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was clean and well kept by the owner. We plan on renting this property again in the future. We were extremely comfortable with the bed and furniture which was important because my husband had just had surgery and we did not want to miss out on our week since our grandson was home on leave in the area with his family.

We have stayed at a Place in the Sun on two occasions for a week each. We plan to visit again.
This unit is attractive, well furnished with plenty of towels, even beach towels, beach chairs and toys, as well as everything you would need in the kitchen. The location can not be beat. It is just a few steps to the beach, or to the pool. It is quiet on Sunset Beach near this condo, but only a few blocks to almost anything you would want.
The bathroom and bedroom are spacious, and there is ample storage, even for long term stays. The living room furniture is comfortable too.
Kay went beyond the expected to help us, both times we visited. -

My husband and I with our two children stayed at Kay's other place right next door. It was very clean and everything we needed was right there for us. The beach was right across the street with the pool. We had a wonderful time and wished we could've stayed longer. It was quiet and peaceful. Kay was so friendly and made sure that we had all we needed. We hope to return and if we do we will be staying here again if it's available. The charge to stay here was very affordable and so worth it!!!

The service we've received was unbelievingly friendly. The condo was stocked with everything you may need or want, and located just a few steps away from a beach, in extremely quiet surrounding. The only thing we did not like was that we could not stay any longer and the time went by so quickly.

We had a awesome time staying at Harbor House North apt. 38. The owner is very likeable and friendly. The apt is very clean and very well equiped with very thing you would need. We will be back in year 2012. The beach is across the street and the view of the sun set is beautiful.

This place is beautiful, so clean and refreshing and very nicely decorated! We're picky on where we stay and this place fit just right in our alley, and price wise as well! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. The beautiful and quiet beach is just a few steps away, and what a gorgeous sunset! This place was close to everything. Many restaurants to pick from and we had a great time. And most importantly the sweet and ever caring host Kay, she'll make you right home that you don't want to leave! Loved our stay!!!

Kay's condo is a very nice unit in a very nice quiet area. We loved it from the first time we rented and have returned five times. It is part of a complex that has 30 units each with private entrance and parking and is by far one of the nicer units. Kay's unit is well decorated, well cared for and has everything you would need. You are on a very quiet street that is a dead end, so there is very little traffic. The quiet beach is just across the street. It's the perfect place for a nice quiet vacation. Kay has become a friend

My family and I stayed for my son's 16th birthday this past weekend and had a wonderful stay. The place is so clean and nicely decorated. The beach across the street is beautiful with lots of clean sand and no crowds! This place was close to everything. Many restaurants to pick from and we had a great time @ the putt putt place down the street. Loved our stay!!

This is a small but very nice condo. There are 30 units and it is easily one of the nicer ones. The location could not be better.It is on a dead end Penicula with very little traffic. You can park your car right in front of your room. You are about 200FT. From the beach across a local road with a 25mils speed limit. There is a Smimming pool. It is a great place to walk, also Completly safe. The people who stay here are very nice and mostly repeaters some for a long time. My wife and I have been there the last five years. I would Recomend it to anyone, young or old. If there is anything more you what to know from us,give your name and phone number to KaY and I will call you.
