Quiet 14 unit complex on the Intercoastal water Boca Ciega. Enjoy fishing off the dock. Watch the Dolphins and boats or dock your own boat.Million dollar view across the Intercoastal. Enjoy the stunnng sunsets with your favorite drinks.Pool and dock steps out the door. Best of both worlds on the Intercoastal and the Gem of the Gulf coast Treasure Island Beach just a minute away. Everything is close by. No traffic jams here.Best seafood around. Johns Pass, Water sports and Golf,theme parks all close by . Rib fests,sand sculptures and music on the beach. To many things to mention. Airport 1/2 hour.

Our clean staff will leave the doors open for you. Keys on table . Also lockboxes for late arrivals .Small dogs under 20 Paradise lbs usually accepted. No pets at the pool and dock area. Dogs must be walked on Paradise ln or in surrounding areas.

Great location easy walking to beach and restaurants, grocery stores, great fishing from dock on property and a wonderfully equipped condo. Also pet friendly. We will be back.
