“Good enough to do again!” We were pleased that the unit was clean and ready for us - even had new small appliances and new sheets. Could have used an extra set of sheets so that the beds could be made up even when the sheets were in the laundry. The Comcast units had not been set up properly, when we were able to reach the office, someone promptly appeared and made things right. Overall we were ver satisfied and will rebook.However, the office is difficult to reach to make the initial bookings and slow to respond to questions before you arrive - and I have seen them make a mistake in booking two parties for the same condo. (This was straightened out - but caused some serious agitiation before it was resolved)

“This was a place of calm in a busy world.” My husband and I enjoyed a week at your casita. We found that it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. “Awesome” One of the best rentals I have had the opportunity to stay. Surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails, it was a great get-away. Peaceful and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of city life but with easy access to the city. The majestic sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. The house was clean and well-maintained, with all amenities including washer/dryer. I would recommend for families, couples or just yourself.

“Another great stay in Tucson!” This year's vacation at The Greens at Ventanna Canyon in Tucson was our third in as many years. The first two years we stayed for a month. This year we stayed for five weeks, and next year we have already rented the same condo for six weeks. Obviously, we like staying there! The location is perfect because we have very good friends who live about one mile away. We love Tucson because it's very different in scenery, vegetation, plants, etc., from our home in Ohio. We also have made new friends with people who live at the Greens or stay there seasonally. That's an added bonus. So, all-in-all, we regard coming to Tucson and staying at the Greens as a perfect vacation choice for us.

“Great location: walk-ability index of 10+!” Although we arrived early for our week's stay, Steve made certain the condo was ready and welcoming when we arrived. We've rented other condos in Tucson and this one was stocked better than most...with soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, beach towels, paper towels...even coffee, beer and soda in the fridge if we wanted to use it. Besides being well equipped, it is lovely, comfortable and quiet. There are two balconies so if one isn't sunny the other one is. The location is the best as the biking/walking path is right next to the property and you're within walking distance to shops, good restaurants, fitness facilities, even Trader Joes. We enjoyed using the hot tub after long walks and hikes and reading by the pool. Nothing has been over looked with this rental and you'll be fortunate if you're able to take the time to enjoy theTucson area from here.

About Tucson

If you've never had an up-close encounter with a real Saguaro cactus, or seen a coyote skim over the ground like a ghost through a pool of silver moonlight, or witnessed a rose-colored sunrise over a golden wilderness, then you need to visit the desert. Specifically, you need to take a trip to Tucson, Arizona. Located in southern Arizona near the Catalina Mountains, the area now called Tucson was inhabited by the Hohokam people for about 4,000 years before the arrival of Spanish missionaries in the late 1600s. The adobe walled Tucson Presidio and the Mission San Xavier Del Bac still stand as iconic structures marking their arrival. Since Tucson joined the United States in 1854, it has become home to cattle ranchers, miners, Apache people, railroads and railroad workers, and all the stories that we've come to associate with the Wild West. Now a thriving metropolitan area boasting the presence of the University of Arizona, Tucson draws millions of visitors a year.

Exceptional Vacation Home

We just returned from spending a week at this fabulous home. The home, views and privacy are truly amazing! As pictured, this home sits on a ridge in the middle of a beautiful desert landscape with saguaro cactus and other native plants. It is in a gated community consisting of gorgeous million dollar homes. This home was very clean and the outside well maintained. Although the house is single level, there are several steps to the front door, as well as down to the pool. Therefore, if someone has mobility issues, you may want to take that into consideration. As you can see from the pictures, the inside of the home is spacious and nicely decorated. The beds, chairs and couches are very comfortable. I am tall and thoroughly enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The master shower also has dual heads and a built-in bench which were also nice. Jason was extremely easy to work with and notified us ahead of time when the landscaper and pool man were to visit for normal maintenance/cleaning. The home’s private pool is not heated, but does have a nice bench for sitting along one of the sides. If you want a heated pool, you can go down to the The Lodge at Ventana Canyon and enjoy their pool, since Jason kindly provides free guest memberships. We were there during a monsoon storm, as well as a lighting storm. We had spectacular views from the decks and patios. We enjoyed this home so much we plan to return. … see more

Four of us stayed at Bre's property for about 10 days and enjoyed every day of our stay. Very clean and cozy house in a quite neighborhood just 20 min from downtown. Well maintained this house had everything you might need for your stay. Great views from the back yard in the mornings and stargazing at nights. We had the opportunity to spend three and a half months renting at the house in Tucson, AZ and cannot say enough about how beautiful the terrain was outside the windows. Seeing the stunning southern Arizona sunsets, then the star illumination of the dark sky followed by the sunrises over the Tucson Mountains was an experience we'll not forget. The location provides easy access to all parts of the city, with the grid traffic pattern and I 10 providing convenient avenues for travel.
