Description

Three bedroom apartment with ceramic tile floors throughout. Apartment is located just 10 minutes from Manhattan by car or bus in a quiet neighborhood in Union City. Located just across the Hudson River, is closer to Times Square than most other locations in NYC.

Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, LED HDTV, phone and radio are all provided. Air conditioning is also provided. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated. Towels, linens and basic necessities are provided for first day's stay. Will rent with everything included for days, weeks or months. Daily rate is $100. Weekly rate is $650. Security deposit is $500 and refundable at checkout. A small advance is required at the time of booking.
