Description

This semi-detached barn conversion is located near to Wigton in Cumbria and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Piggery Cottage is a semi-detached barn conversion cottage located on a working farm near to Wigton on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one room with bunks and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking and a front patio with outdoor furniture. Centrally located for discovering the northern Lake District and the Solway coast, Piggery Cottage is a lovely family holiday home all year round. Maximum of 2 dogs at the property - charged at £10 per pet, per stay - please contact Sykes to confirm any pets attending as pets must be declared on your booking form. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times due to resident farm animals.

Amenities: Electric underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine (use of tumble dryer in garden shed), dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Front patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: The stairs are open tread, children to be supervised at all times. This lovely town is a popular centre for shopping, pubs and restaurants, as well as for other activities such as theatre, bowls, swimming, tennis and other sports.
