NEW REMODELED, AIR CONDITIONED Ground Floor, Corner, 2 Bedroom condo, with 2 full Baths, a daybed in the living room (4 persons maximum).
Designer decorated unit 516 features Lae Nani's best beachfront spot, only 25 steps to the sand. On the ground floor of Bldg 5 --the quiet side of Lae Nani-- there is NO parking lot behind, and nothing between you and the ocean (no sidewalk, road, pool or other building in the way). The extra large pool is on the far side, across the big lawn, out of sight and hearing.
This is not a business but our island home, so expect lots of extras! Your own washer/dryer, cable internet, WiFi. AND Air conditioned comfort (not all LN units have AC). Bathrooms with granite counters, attractive living room with comfy furnishings, flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen looks out through huge windows to the sea. Swim, or fish, or snorkel, or explore the tide pool right outside, a favorite spot for wading and watching fascinating sea life. The beds are excellent, twins in one bedroom and a king in the other, with a comfy LR daybed for a restful nap or sleeping.
Start your day with a long walk along the ocean, and end it with a cocktail on our lounge chairs next to the waves. The over-large, heated, salt water-chlorinated pool ensures comfortable swimming and exercise.
