Tasteful, beautiful and modern furnishings. Comfortably sleep 4 guests. All beds are draped in luxurious Egyptian cotton linens, and comforters. King suite and connecting modern bathroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining table seats 6. Enjoy a cozy wood burning fireplace (oak fire wood provided). Satellite TV, DVD player in the bedroom and living room. The boat ramp is located just blocks away; swimming in a community pool.

We are centrally located between Austin and San Antonio, and just minutes from New Braunfels, and Gruene,Texas for antiquing. San Antonio is 40 minutes away.

Enjoy Schlitterbahn (17 miles), Six Flags at Fiesta Texas(31 miles), Splashtown (42 miles), Sea World (48 Miles), The Gristmill restaurant (15 Miles), Gruene Hall (15 mils), White Water Amphitheater, and San Marcos outlet mall (45 miles).

Experience 80 miles of Canyon Lake's clear blue waters, striped bass, rainbow trout, 23 boat ramps, hiking trails, rafting down the Guadalupe, boating, skiing, fabulous restaurants, shopping, local hangouts, and concerts on the river, or just relax in our community pool.

Boat rentals, boating, skiing, rafting, tubing, tube rentals, Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. Canyon Lake Golf course just 6 miles. Zip Line Adventures, Canyon Lake Gorge tours by the Army Corp of Engineers.

A PS2 or Xbox game system connects to either TV. Secure Wi-Fi broadband internet service. Rock patio with patio table and chairs with gas bbq grill on rock patio. Screened in porch for setting outside without insects under a ceiling fan or gas heater.

This is a real second home about an hour north of the city. Great place to get away from the city, but close enough to travel to see the sites of San Antonio. Wonderful owner!
