Description
Talafon is a modern home, ideally located in a secluded courtyard setting, within a 5 minute walk of the superb, safe sandy beach, excellent pubs, restaurants and shops. It offers an ideal base to explore the stunning coastal footpaths, unspoilt white sandy beaches and coves of the idyllic Llyn Peninsular.The interior is fresh and modern and consists of 3 bedrooms (double, king and twin) with additional double sofa bed and travel cot available. The twin bedroom is accessed from the king bedroom. The two master bedrooms each have a modern ensuite shower room. There is also a large family bathroom. The living area consists of entrance hall, spacious open hallway leading to modern kitchen (including rangemaster double oven) and large dining area. A separate utility room offers laundry facitilies (including washing machine). The dual aspect lounge offers views across open countryside and French doors opening out onto the patio area. This room is completed with wall mounted flat screen 42” TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and CD/i-pod docking station. A separate gaming room offers a 32” flat screen LCD smart TV and PlayStation 3 with numerous games. There is unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the house. Outside, there is a neat lawned garden with patio, stylish rattan dining furniture, BBQ and private driveway for numerous cars/boats. Talafon is centrally heated with an additional coal-effect stove in the lounge. Talafon offers modern, stylish and comfortable accommodation throughout.

“Best Holiday Home”
Perfect house to rent for a holiday. The house is in perfect order and has all the necessary bits and bats and more. Would absolutely return if visiting Aberdaron in the future.

“Lovely house in a great location.”
A lovely house, well furnished and ideal for a family holiday - children are well provided for with lots of toys and games provided. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Aberdaron is a small village located on a coastline which is totally unspoilt; great for walkers and families looking for a traditional sea-side holiday. I liked being able to contact the owner direct.

“Absolutely PERFECT house in a perfect setting”
Location is superb....just a 5 minute walk from a beautiful beach in a totally unspoiled area of North Wales. The house was excellent with everything you would need to enjoy your stay, and in pristine condition too....the pictures do not do it justice!! We can't wait to go again!!
