This lovely detached bungalow is in the village of Betws yn Rhos near to Abergele and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.Bryn Tirion is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Betws yn Rhos just 4.5 miles from Abergele in Conwy County. The cottage can sleep eight people in one king-size double with en-suite shower, one double room with en-suite and two twin bedrooms, together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and sitting room with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for four cars and a private garden with patio, hot tub and furniture. Bryn Tirion is a delightful cottage for use as a base for touring this beautiful part of the country.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric range oven with 6-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with BT YouView, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, additional fuel available to purchase from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, stairgate and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Bike storage. Private lawned garden to front, side and rear with raised patio, hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 6 mins walk. Beach 3 miles. Note: Some low terraced drops in garden, children to take care. Note: As hot tub water is replaced on change-over it may not always be at full temperature on arrival day. Note: No stag/hen or similar. PLEASE NOTE: You are not permitted to use the mains supply at this property to charge electrical vehicles.

Had a fantastic week in the cottage, absolutely beautiful cottage, fantastic views and the hot tub was an extra bonus can’t wait to go back
