House, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 2-12 Using Air Mattress in Living Room) Cova 19 Free We follow the CDD Guidelines for Cleaning our House.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Microwave, other Small Appliances, Dishes, Cookware, and Utensils.

Linens, Towels, Washcloths, and Linens are provided Smart TV, DVD Player, and Internet

Dry Wood for Fire Pit--Large Bundle---$6---Reserve this before Arriving. We have a neighbor who brings this to the house. We will collect for this upon your arrival.

This home was built in 1954. My family farmed the land and the property is still owned by myself and two brothers. We will be glad to share with you stories about growing up in the area in the late 1940's to the present. The house sits on approximately 3 acres of land with many maple shade trees. The neighbors are friendly (Southern) and most are my friends who grew up with me.

You will need a car to see the different attractions. Just google Abingdon, Virginia and you will find lots of attractions in the area both natural and others. If you need to ask any questions, just call me or send me an e-mail and I will answer your questions.

Due to Cova 19, we will have the back door unlocked when you are scheduled to arrive. Any questions you may have about the area, you can e-mail us before arrival. We will have a Free Creeper Trail Map for your Use. Also, we will have Coffee, Tea, Creamers, and Coffee Filters for your use.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. I am sorry about being unable to have a TV in each bedroom. Lots of guests with children do not like a TV in the bedroom. Our bedrooms are average size for the era that the house was built. We now have internet service. It is according to what cell carrier you are using to whether you have cell service or not.
