Description

A delightful apartment that can sleep up to 2 people; the double bedroom has a super king size bed which can also be seperated into 2 single beds depending on guest preference plus there is a comfortable, large sofa bed in the lounge area.

The modern, large, open-plan kitchen and living area is spacious, bright and fitted with all the essentials, and more, to make your stay comfortable. There is one shower room which has been recently updated with a new shower & cubicle.

The outside space is special; imagine opening the French doors from the living area to the apartment's own large, private south-facing terrace - the ideal place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with incredible views of the surrounding mountains; what better way to start, end or spend your day. With sunshine all day until evening time this space is a favourite area for all our guests.

The in-ground pool is available for guests sole use, usually from May to September, please check with us at the beginning and end of season for pool availability.

** Please note we cannot be held responsible for reimbursing guests should the Government and/or local laws forbid the use of water for pool maintenance therefore forcing the closure of the advertised swimming pool **

Guests have use of sun loungers and outdoor table tennis. The pool is perfect for cooling down and has magnificent views to enjoy whilst you take a dip. The pool is irregular shape (see photos) and at widest points is 5m x 3m with a maximum depth of 1m. It is stepped and perfect for small children to play in, obviously whilst supervised.

The bright and cosy property has been awarded Four Stars by Etoiles de France.

Free, gated parking is available to all guests.

Other amenities for guests include a washing machine and dishwasher, free wifi, TV with Chromecast option (for Netflix/Amazon Prime/YouTube).

Some basic essentials are provided to start guests off on their stay at Casa Sola. Bedding and towels are provided as standard.

A cot is available for guests with young babies.

Getting around

Guests are advised to have their own transport to enjoy the area to the full extent, however, the area is well served by the excellent €1 bus service, which connects the village, Arles-sur-Tech, to Perpignan and many villages and towns in the region, 7 days a week. We offer free parking on a gated drive to all guests.

Interaction with guest

This is a self-contained apartment with its own front door and the outside terrace is gated for private use by the guests. We live in the main house and are on site during your stay. However, please note the apartment has its own private entrance and private outside space. We are there if you need us and can offer advice on the local area but we respect your privacy and will keep a low profile.
